What happens to your body when you encounter the unknown?

A response from Nicole Gong: During March and April this year when Covid hit hard i had trouble falling asleep, so I would sleep until afternoon and stay up until 7 in the morning and sometimes still can’t fall asleep. I would work during the night because the darkness of the night makes me feel peaceful, or it could be my biological clock telling me there’s danger in a primal way. After COVID i found myself shedding hair. My hair is thinning so much you can almost see underneath because of the stress that I didn’t even felt exist during the time.
